Develop competencies in the evaluation of public programs, designed for professionals in public or private institutions involved with the management of public resources from the region of Latin America and the Caribbean, who participate in the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation processes of policies and development-oriented programs. The course is based on active training methods, oriented to the requirements of executive professionals under the “learning by doing” modality. Participants will have the opportunity to review concepts, learn criteria and apply techniques and instruments. They will also have an introduction to the practice of analysis and application of evaluation instruments in a systematic way, through the execution of integrated workshops.
