About this course
This course on SDG 5 – Ensure gender equality and empower all women and girls – allows you develop a holistic and global understanding of gender equality, it’s challenges and the roots of those, all in the context of the 2030 Agenda. You will explore what efforts have been made to achieve this goal’s targets, where your home country ranks in efforts to eliminate the gender wage gap, and finally you will have an opportunity to develop strategies to improve gender equality in your local area based on a case study.
In a globalizing world, our students need to think critically, globally and in terms of whole systems. This course supports Ubiquity’s mission in building those skills.
