This nanocourse on SDG 3 – Good Health and Wellbeing will give the learner a holistic and global understanding about the current state of global health and actionable strategies that support the achievement of the global goal’s targets.

In a globalizing world, students will need to think critically, holistically and in terms of whole systems. This course supports Ubiquity’s mission in building those skills.

Faculty

Larissa Demel worked in AIESEC as global responsible for youth implementation of SDGs. She is currently the Special Olympics’ manager of youth engagement for Latin America, responsible for the outreach and engagement of the 154 million youth in Latin America. She has published papers on social innovation through youth action on the SDGs which is being used by over 50,000 young people in 126 countries. She has also created a SDG social project framework for young people, and has been a contributor to the Young Person’s Guide to Saving the World.

Target Audience

Our courses are appropriate for those individuals who are interested in a quick, high-level overview of each SDG and include opportunities for learning about the SDG, reflecting on their personal beliefs and values around the SDG in question, and ways to take immediate action on working towards solving them.
