The Course aims to enhance the capacities of government officials of the SIDS, LDCs, and LLDCs in leveraging ICTs and digital government to address the special vulnerabilities they face and assist such countries in building sustainable and resilient societies. It aims to introduce the advanced experience of Singapore and illustrate how digital technologies can be utilized by government in fostering transformation towards a sustainable and resilient society and ultimately how digital government can be an enabler for achieving the SDGs.

Target Audience

Government officials and leaders in countries emerging from conflicts, experts and professionals working for developments, partners supporting the reconstruction process, civil society organization workers, the population itself, advisers, and consultants.

Learning Objectives

The main objective of the Executive Development Course is to provide the participants with a platform to share experiences and good practices of how to apply digital technologies to build sustainable and resilient societies through improving public service delivery and enhancing citizen engagement and partnership building to effectively implement the SDGs.
