This course introduces the application of behavioural insights in strategic planning and aims to enhance integrated national development planning in the Arab region. It introduces participants to the field of behavioural science and the structure of the strategic planning process; presents the pitfalls that occur during the strategic planning process; and provides participants with relevant behavioural solutions to overcome those pitfalls. The course was developed by ESCWA based on the Behavioural Insights and Strategic Planning Handbook.
